Enter Oblivion
Been staying away from WoW for a bit, acquired a copy of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Now this is a game that I am having WAY too much fun playing. Think of the benefits of the open-ness of an MMORPG combined with the not-having-to-deal-with-assholes of a single player game. The experience in this game is very immersive, with the complete freedom to follow the plot, or completely ignore it and strike out on your own. Several events related to the plot can even change the actual ‘world’ in the game, most notable with one town/city being completely destroyed. I am enjoying it way too much currently.
